Requirements:
-Possess forklift certificate.
– 5 years’ experiences in warehouse operations work in industrial/engineering/manufacturing.
– Computer literate.
Jobs Descriptions:
-Receive incoming goods; check for damage or any discrepancy.
-Perform receiving in Oracle system.
-Pick and pack customer orders and work orders according to packing list.
-Generate commercial invoice, packing list & delivery order from Oracle system.
– Coordinate with customer service on shipment and perform shipment in Oracle system.
-Perform finished goods kitting
-Issuing of Parts of Work Order to assembly physically and in Oracle system.
-Perform physical check of production items and rollup Work Order in Oracle system. Attend to customers and forwarders. Loading/unloading of goods.
-Ensure up-to-date inventory stock and no discrepancies. Retrieve stored information to response to enquiries
-Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping at warehouse. Strictly must follow safety procedures.
Others:
– No quota for work permit applications.
