YOUR ROLE;
1. Technical Terms Training ( ON-THE-JOB )
2. Co-ordinate with Service Providers to Meet Customer’s Demand on Vehicles Standards,
3. Raise Technical Query & Quotations.
4. Submit Customer Incident Form in System to Address Customer Concern.
5. Follow Up with Customer and Solicit Feedback on Repair Including Scheduling for Next Service Appointment.
