REQUIREMENT:
Technical Degree / Diploma In Engineering Preferred
( Automotive Industry ) / Have A Valid Singapore’s Class 3 Lic
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Daily Assist to Service Manager / Workshop Manager , Service Advisors (SA) On Matters.
2. Update Service Centre of Technical Bulletins, Service Information (SI), and Innovations; TEST DRIVING With Customers.
3. Liaise with LTA and Government Body for all Vehicles Related Matters; E.g. Tender, Homologation, Recall and Vehicle Particular Updates.
4. Call for Quote on Tools and Equipment and Submit for Approval for Procurement or Repairs.
5. To Ensure all Tools and Equipment Including Training Model and Special Tools are Properly Kept and Stay Functional.
6. Ensure all Aftersales Staffs Complete the Learning Management System ( LMS ) Training & Keep Training Records Accordingly.
7. To Conduct New Vehicles Introduction and Aftersales Technical Training and Innovation Training.
8. To Attend the Trainer Training Held Both Locally and Overseas when Call Upon ( As & When )
