B) COLLECTION OF EP/DP
- Collection of Passport from SIR
- Distribute endorsed Passport/documents to client
C) CANCELLATION
- Submission of EP/DP cancellation instruction + Passport on behalf of client
- Preparation of cancellation letter
- Submission to SIR
- Distribute endorsed Passport to client
D) RE-ENDORSEMENT OF EP/DP & EXTENSION OF TEMP PASS/SVP
(Transfer of endorsement of new PP/change of address/EP upgrade)
- Submission of Passport/EP/DP on behalf of client
- Preparation of application form/letter f or submission to SIR
- Collection of Passport from SIR
- Distribute endorsed Passport to client
- EP upgrade – inform client on status
