The Job:

 

  • Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment procurement, repair, and maintenance.
  • Deploy and configure PCs, including Windows OS and required software installation.
  • Respond to IT service requests, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues, and provide user support.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and supporting peripheral devices such as converters, switches, printers, POS systems, and related equipment.
  • Provide support for basic web-based and in-house applications.
  • Update and maintain IT Service Request (ITSR) cases with proper documentation and closure.
  • Manage IT inventory, including stock checks, tracking, and asset replenishment.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in setup, deployment, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of basic hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Strong experience in Windows and Microsoft environments.
  • Administrator-level experience with enterprise business applications (e.g. Microsoft 365).
  • Knowledge of IT security fundamentals, including common threats such as malware, phishing, and ransomware.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and proactive attitudes and service oriented.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated and work well in a team environment.

  • 5-day work week (Mon to Fri)
  • Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm OR 8:30am to 5:45pm
  • Monthly mobile allowance provided
  • Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
