The Job:
- Coordinate with vendors on IT equipment procurement, repair, and maintenance.
- Deploy and configure PCs, including Windows OS and required software installation.
- Respond to IT service requests, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues, and provide user support.
- Assist in troubleshooting and supporting peripheral devices such as converters, switches, printers, POS systems, and related equipment.
- Provide support for basic web-based and in-house applications.
- Update and maintain IT Service Request (ITSR) cases with proper documentation and closure.
- Manage IT inventory, including stock checks, tracking, and asset replenishment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in setup, deployment, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of basic hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Strong experience in Windows and Microsoft environments.
- Administrator-level experience with enterprise business applications (e.g. Microsoft 365).
- Knowledge of IT security fundamentals, including common threats such as malware, phishing, and ransomware.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive and proactive attitudes and service oriented.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Highly motivated and work well in a team environment.
Additional Information:
- 5-day work week (Mon to Fri)
- Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm OR 8:30am to 5:45pm
- Monthly mobile allowance provided
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
