Project Executive

A commercial kitchen specialist providing kitchen consultancy and design, equipment supply and
installation, project management and after-sales maintenance. Our project portfolio covers hotels,
hospitals, restaurants, central kitchens, airline lounges and institutional kitchens in Singapore and the
region.

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Executive will support the project team in the coordination, documentation and site
administration of commercial kitchen equipment projects, ensuring information, equipment and
manpower are in place for smooth project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Project Managers and Project Engineers in the day-to-day coordination of projects.
• Prepare and track project documents, including submissions, RFIs, delivery orders, progress
reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate equipment orders, delivery schedules and logistics with purchasing, the warehouse
and suppliers.
• Coordinate installation schedules with subcontractors and site teams; arrange site access,
permits and worker passes.
• Maintain project files, schedules and trackers, and keep the project team updated on status.
• Ensure safety documentation (risk assessments, safe work procedures, toolbox meeting records)
is in place.
• Compile handover documents, including O&M manuals, testing records and warranty certificates.
• Assist with variation quotations, progress claims and billing support with the finance team.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and report issues.
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination in construction, M&E, interior fit-out or
commercial kitchen equipment. Candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to

• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Salary:

Basic salary will be $3200 to $ 3700/
