Requirement:
1. Singaporean
2. Minimum ‘N’ Level or above
3. Relevant working experience preferred; PC literate
Jobs Descriptions:
1. Ensure all sales orders are entered accurately and in a ??mely manner
2. Issue and process sales orders
3. Prepare, check, and file packing lists, invoices, and delivery orders
4. Generate credit notes, debit notes, or replacement notes for returned goods, short bills, etc.
5. Liaise with customers and handle sales enquiries
6. Generate sales reports and update web orders for new products and outlets
7. Check inventory balance and order office supplies
8. Handle e-orders, emails, and local purchase orders
9. Perform other ad hoc admin duties as assigned
