Qualifications:

The candidate must have the CEI issued by the MOM of Singapore

The candidate must be a Singaporean and the working hour could be flexible based on mutual arrangement between the company and the candidate.

Must be graduated fro the local education system with G>C.E o level as the minimum requirement,

Must have the relevant experience in local recruitment industrial and able to be operation ready after some OJT.

Duties:

The candidate is expecting to looking for clients and to attend to their recruitment needs by understanding their requirements.

The candidate is expecting to do posting of job openings in all the e -website and sourcing for the qualified and suitable candidates for the clients.

Able to arrange for interviews and do follow up  on the outcome of the interview.

Able to assess the quality of the candidate before hand and to ensure that the applicants is the right match for the job.

Follow up with the daily reports and all the necessary paper works to ensure that all actions are recorded and file accordingly.

Remuneration:

The job will be paid based on basic pay plus sales commissions. A  sales target will be set based on the policy and understanding  between the candidate and the company .
